Cross Party Group on Shooting and Conservation

1. Welcome and apologies.

The Chairman welcomed members to the meeting which had one item on the agenda.

Due to lack of Cross Party representation at the 6^th February Meeting, the meeting has been called to formally hold an AGM and arrange a date for the next meeting.

2. AGM

Samuel Kurtz was nominated to continue as Chair and accepted the nomination.

Samuel Kurtz nominated BASC to continue to provide the secretariat for the group and this was agreed.

3. Date of next meeting

A formal meeting would be held at the BASC tent at the Royal Welsh Show on Tuesday 23^rd July at 2pm
